1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using the MaxLearn website (maxlearn.au) and enrolling in our programs, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our website or services.
MaxLearn is operated by Elite Care and Services Group Pty Ltd (ACN 694 818 641).
2. Eligibility
Our programs are designed for students in Years 7–9 (approximately ages 12–15) in Australia. Enrolment must be completed by a parent or legal guardian who is at least 18 years of age.
3. Enrolment and Payment
- Enrolment is confirmed upon receipt of payment.
- All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable.
- Payment plans may be available as indicated on the pricing page.
- Places are limited and allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.
4. Refund Policy
Full refund if cancelled before Week 2. No lock-in. If you wish to request a refund, please contact us at [email protected] before the start of the second week of the program.
5. Program Delivery
- All sessions are delivered online via live video conferencing.
- Students are expected to attend scheduled sessions. Recordings may not be available for missed sessions.
- We reserve the right to reschedule sessions with reasonable notice.
- A stable internet connection and a computer with a webcam and microphone are required for participation.
6. Student Conduct
Students are expected to behave respectfully during all sessions. We reserve the right to remove a student from the program if their behaviour is disruptive or harmful to other participants, without issuing a refund.
7. AI Tools and Safety
Our program uses AI tools for educational purposes. All AI interactions are supervised by our instructors. We use age-appropriate, filtered tools and teach students about responsible AI use. Parents acknowledge that their child will interact with AI systems as part of the curriculum.
8. Intellectual Property
- All course materials, content, and branding are the intellectual property of Elite Care and Services Group Pty Ltd.
- Students retain ownership of their own creative work produced during the program (e.g. AI Storybooks, portfolios).
- We may request permission to showcase student work (anonymised) for promotional purposes. This is always optional.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Australian law, Elite Care and Services Group Pty Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or participation in our programs. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the program.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of our website or programs after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
11. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Victoria, Australia. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria.
